No Gi! Everyone is expected to bring (or buy here) fight shorts,
a cup, a mouthpiece, boxing gloves.

** If one fighter is unable to teach on the scheduled date
another top MMA fighter will take his place.

Seminar Focus: |
There will be day of instruction focusing on teaching
MMA skills and strength and conditioning for any athlete.
This includes Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muaythai and Wrestling as
they apply to MMA.
9:00am - 9:10 am - Welcome
9:10am - 10:10am - Strength & Conditioning talk
w/ Jake Bonacci
10:20am - 11:45am - Training - session with Pro fighter
12noon - 1pm - Lunch and Q&A
1:30 - 3:00pm - Training - session with Pro fighter
3:15 - 4:00pm - Q&A and wrap up

Cancellation Policy: |
Due to the high demand of these camps all cancellation
requests must be at least 2 weeks prior to event. If you cancel
within the 2 week window you will be charged 50% of the camp
fee, less than a week notice will be charged 75% of the camp
fee, sorry no exceptions.
