Randy Couture's 3 Day Training Camp
  July 30, 31 and August 1st - 2010

  There will be 8 hours of instruction over 3 days focusing
  on Submission Grappling, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and
  Wrestling as they apply to MMA.

  Randy will talk to the group about mental skills as well as
  an autograph signing and photo session on Sunday to
  wrap up the camp.

  All sessions will be followed by a Q&A session.

  The Randy Couture Camp is open to people of all skill
  levels.

    MMA skills and strength and conditioning.

   The legendary Billy Robinson (catch-as-catch-can
   legend and coach of MMA legends like Kazushi Sakuraba    and Josh Barnett) will be sharing the incredibly effective    submissions and throws from the brutal art of catch-as-
   catch-can submission grappling.
