Xtreme Couture Shipping and Handling Regulations

   Shipping: United States and US Territories
   - Standard Delivery is shipped USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise specified
   - Shipped using standard USPS Rates
   - Orders usually received within 7-10 business days, for in stock items only
   - If items are backordered, the shipping and handling rates will be allocated proportionally as the items are shipped to complete the fulfillment of
    your order
   - No shipping available to PO Box Addresses
   - APO/FPO addresses are only shipped via USPS

   Shipping: Canada and International
   - Overnight Delivery is the only shipping option provided by Xtreme Couture.
   - Customs and Import Duties:
   - Your shipment may be subject to VAT, import duties or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your destination country
   - Xtreme Couture ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what
    your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
   - For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
   - Xtreme Couture ships to all countries unless otherwise specified.

   Backordered Items, United States and US Territories:
   - If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally when shipped, charging only for the primary
    total of the order.
   - Please allow One to Three weeks delivery for any backordered items (if these items are currently in production).
   - Because of the possibility of items becoming discontinued, you may receive such notification after purchase. Please refer to our return policy for
    reimbursement methods.

   Backordered Items, International:
   - For international shipments, Xtreme Couture does not offer the ability to make multiple shipments due to backordered items.
   - For reimbursement of backordered items, possibilities include:
   - Credit towards “in-stock” items that can be shipped as supplementation
   - Refund           
   - Store credit
   - Please again be aware of the possibility of item discontinuation

   Returns Policy:
   - We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a
    prompt refund or exchange.

   How to Return/Exchange:
   - For all exchanges of shipped items, the customer will be responsible for all resulting shipping costs.
   - If an exchange is wished, please refer to the shipping amount stated on the invoice and include in the return shipment a money order or official
    check in the original amount.
   - If there is a difference in cost of the exchanged item, the customer will be responsible for difference in price if applicable.
